10 Cases were against CLC. Contractual names of Sucursal, Paradise & Continental. The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the property and when they could use it plus the contract period. In total £199,815 awarded.
The next case was against Diamond Resorts. The nullity of the contract in this case was determined by the lack of information regarding the property and when they could use it plus the contract period. £15,015 awarded.
The final case was against Anfi Sales & Resorts. The Court of Appeal has confirmed the first instance judgement nullity in all points and condemned Anfi to pay the legal costs. £16,616 awarded.
4 Jurisdiction Positive Results Valued At £75,627.
Last week there were 4 jurisdiction victories against CLC, one being an initial victory and 3 others were all victories on the appeal. All 4 cases will now proceed to the next step.
