Quadruple Victory on Anfi Cases

Four defeats for Anfi in the court this week as our legal team bring in more victories. These cases were heard in San Bartolomé de Tirajana Court, Gran Canaria. The total money awarded to our clients from these victories amounts to £37,946.90.

Two of the cases were won on the basis of the contracts from Anfi being found to contain illegalities. There was not enough detail in the contract regarding accommodation to meet legal requirements. Both of these clients were totally awarded, including legal costs.

In the other two cases, the judge considered that the contracts had been cancelled for non payment, however also decided that the clause which allows this cancellation is unfair.

In addition to this, we had another favourable substantive judgement against Club La Costa where our clients were totally awarded including costs, as well as thirteen jurisdiction cases won against CLC and a further two against Diamond.
