In the past week our legal team obtained seven more favourable substantive judgements to add to our ever-growing pile of victories. One of those favourable outcomes was against Tasolan SL. In this case, as in so many other cases, the contract was declared null due to the lack of information regarding what exactly was purchased and how long for, under the law 04/2012 requirements. The Tasolan case saw £7,660 in monies awarded.

The next victory we’ll discuss was against Mertex Investments & RCI Europe Sucursal. This case was heard in the Court of Appeal in Málaga and the value of the price awarded was £14,307.

Five out of seven of our substantive victories were against Club la Costa, the contractual names in these cases being; CLC UK PLC Sucursal España and CLC UK PLC. Altogether, the awards in these cases accumulated to a value of almost £90K! With the exact total being £89,134.

Furthermore, in jurisdiction cases we received 1 more Diamond and 10 more CLC Sucursal victories.
